Healing Vibes Card

This is the final card I created for Stampin' Up!'s OnStage in Orlando, Florida.  I loved using a different color combination of Blackberry Bliss, Soft Sea Foam and Whisper White.  The Soft Sea Foam toned down the Blackberry Bliss a bit and gave the card a softer look.  I used the stitched stamp from Healing Hugs to add another element to the basic card layer.  I love how this card turned out!

Instructions:

Stamps: Healing Hugs stamp set

Paper: Whisper White  – 4 ¼” x 11” (scored at 5 ½”),  3 ¾” x 5” and small oval, Soft Sea Foam – 4” x 5 ¼” and scallop oval, and Frosted Floral Specialty DSP – 4” x 1 ½”

Ink: Blackberry Bliss and Soft Sea Foam

Accessories: Layering Ovals Framelits and dimensionals

Christmas Greetings Card

The Dashing Deer stamp set and framelits are so wonderful to use for holiday cards.  I originally cut the deer out and popped it up with dimensionals.  I had also added a bow out of the Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine around it's neck.  I love how soft this twine feels.  But once I realized that I would be creating at least 15 of these cards, I decided to make it much easier to duplicate.  So I stamped the deer on the Very Vanilla cardstock layer and added a Cherry Cobbler bow from the Alphine Sports Thinlits.  I love how it turned out!  Here is the holiday card I created for Stampin' Up!'s OnStage in Orlando, Florida:
Instructions:

Stamps: Dashing Deer stamp set

Paper: Very Vanilla  – 4 ¼” x 11” (scored at 5 ½”),  3 ¾” x 5” and sentiment cutout, Mossy Meadow – 4” x 5 ¼” and Cherry Cobbler – bow

Ink: Mossy Meadow & Soft Suede

Accessories: Alpine Sports Thinlits (bow), Stitched Labels Framelits (sentiment cut out), glue dots, dimensionals

Lunch Bunch Cards for November

This month my Lunch Bunch class created two holiday cards.  The first card we created using the gorgeous Galvanized Metallic Paper and the Sprig Punch.  Using the Sprig Punch made creating this metallic wreath so much easier.  The key is to keep adding sprigs until the wreath looks full.  I added one layer in a circle than added more inbetween areas that looked sparse.  I changed the original sentiment to "so grateful for someone like you in my life" from the Country Lane stamp set so it could be given at Thanksgiving or to someone who you are thankful for in your life.

The second card we created using the At Home stamp set and framelits and the Alpine Adventure framelits for the sled.  I loved the look of this card with the Night of Navy background and adding the Boxwood Wreath to the door gave it the perfect finishing touch.

Frosted Floral Card

I love the First Frost stamp set and framelits but chose to just use the sentiment for this simple card.  I created this card for swaps at OnStage in Orlando, Florida.  Swapping is so much fun at Stampin' Up! events and it allows you to get lots of ideas from other demonstrators around the world.  Here is the Frosted Floral card I created:
Instructions:

Stamps: First Frost stamp set (sentiment)

Paper: Pear Pizzazz – 8 ½” x 5 ½” (scored at 4 ¼”) and 3 ¼” x 3 ¼”, Whisper White – 5 ¼” x 4” and extra for sentiment layer, Night of Navy – 4 ½” x 3 ¼”,  Frosted Floral Specialty DSP – 3 1/8” x 3 1/8” and Crumb Cake – sentiment layer

Ink: Night of Navy

Accessories: Frosted Bouquet Framelits (sentiment), Subtle embossing folder Clear Rhinestones; dimensionals
