May's Club Cards

I just loved the cards we made for our Stamping Club this month. They were bright, cheerful and lots of fun to make.  Check them out below:

A great card CASEd from the inspiration of Heather Summers.  I LOVE her creativity!
Of course, I had to change it up just a bit with the use of Riding Hood Red card stock and embossed using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder instead of DSP like Heather Summer's used on her card.  I am just in LOVE with SU!'s Embossing Folders for the Big Shot!  Creates such a great texture and look to your card stock without the use of background stamps or DSP.
This card was given to me during a Card Swap at SU! Leadership this year.  I CASEd it from Susan Carpenter.

Loved this card so much that I CASEd another one from Heather Summers.

The following Post-It-Notepad Holder was created for club members as an appreciation for being a part of our Stamping Club for the last 10 months.  I also made 4 more of these as teacher gifts during teacher appreciation week.  It was the perfect quick, easy and small gift for the teachers since we were giving them a different gift each day.

April's Club Cards

This month our Stamping Club tried a few new techniques and were challenged at times while making the cards. Here are the cards we did in our Stamping Club for April:
Loved putting these colors together and using the Faith In Nature hostess stamp set.
A great spring themed card or Mother's Day card using the Build A Blossom stamp set and punch.
Sent this card to my mother, my grandmother and my mother-in-law this year.
The following card was copied from the Occasions Mini Catalog but made at full size 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" instead of 3" x 5" like in the mini catalog.  We got to use the Diagonal Scoring Plate on top of the Simply Scored Tool to create the diagonal lines in the Whisper White background layer.
Sorry.  Having trouble with my photo software with uploading pics.

Butterfly spritzed with a mixture of Champagne Shimmer Mist and rubbing alcohol in an old Stampin' Mist bottle.

Lots of different techniques and tools were used to create these cards.  We had a great time!  Won't you join us?  Check out information above about Stamping Clubs beginning in June.
