Lunch Bunch Cards for October

This month we created two simple but gorgeous cards.  The first card was a tone on tone card using Gray Granite, Very Vanilla and Vellum.  I loved the look of this card we I first saw it!  Gray Granite has definitely become by go-to neutral color lately.  This card uses the Winter Woods stamp set and framelits with the sentiment from Love What You Do stamp set.

The last card we created used First Floral stamp set and the Frosted Floral Shimmer DSP.  A touch of Frosted White Shimmer Paint stamped on the cardbase gives another dimension to this card without adding too much.

Stamp Club Cards for October

This first card was so much fun to create since we got to color in the floral design with Stampin' Blends.  They always make me feel like the artist that I'm not.  The original card idea on Pinterest used the Tin Tile Embossing Folder which I did not have yet so I substituted other embossing folders.  The original card also had colored doilies but I like the DSP showing more so I left the doilies off my card.

I changed up the design of this gorgeous card by using the Hexagons Embossing Folder and the Subtle Embossing Folder.
I have fallen in LOVE with the First Floral stamp set and framelits!  I love trying different color combinations and positioning the flowers in different places on a card.  The Frosted Floral Shimmer DSP is gorgeous to use on any card.  It gives just the right about of sparkle and is lightweight for a DSP.

The last card we created during Stamp Club this month used the Wishing Well stamp set which is so easy to use.  The original card used gold shimmer paint splattered all over.  I had trouble duplicating the exact design so I left the gold shimmer paint off of my card.  I love how elegant it looks without a lot of extra embellishments or color on it.

I tried the gold shimmer paint splattered on my card but didn't like it as well.
