Valentine's Day LOVE YOU Gift

Need to make a quick and cute gift for a loved one?  Check out how easy it is to make this cute little box filled with candy and your own personal message.

 

Directions:

• Use a box template to create a small box or use the Box #2 Bigz Die for your Big Shot.  I used a sheet of cardstock cut 6 1/4" x 8 1/2".
• Score lines (long ways on the 8 1/2" side) at 3/4", 2 1/2", 3 3/4" and 5 1/2".
• Turn cardstock (short ways on the 6 1/4" side) and score lines at 1 3/4", 6 3/4".
• Cut a line at the 1 3/4" score line to the inside score line on each side so you'll be able to fold the sides up and attach them to the inside of the box.  This will be the end of your box.
• Repeat on the other side of the box.
• Stamp images all over the outside being careful to stamp the images in the right direction.  (You will be folding your score lines to create your box.)
• Cut and score the top from DSP.  Attach top to the inside of your box using a little bit of snail or sticky tape.
• Stamp your personal message on white cardstock in this case I stamped: LOVE YOU with the image of 2 flamingos at the end.
• Use a 1" circle punch to punch out each letter and/or images.
• Attach your punched out letters and/or images to some Reese's Peanut Butter cups or other candy of your choice.
• Place candy with personal message inside your box.
• Now you have the perfect quick and easy gift for any loved one you choose.
