This month our Stamp Club created 2 flower based cards and a whimsical birthday card using Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Catalog items. The first card we created used the Lasting Lily (SAB) stamp set and the
Botantical Butterfly (SAB) DSP. I loved the bright color combinations
of Granny Apple Green and Rich Razzleberry. Tip: Make sure your ink pad
is not too juicy when using any of SU!'s Disinktive stamps. If it's
too juicy, the image won't look like a photographic image and usually is
too dark. To remove a bit of the ink from an ink pad, take a paper
towel and press it on the ink pad or take the back of a spoon and press
the ink down into the ink pad. Both methods should give your image a
nice look.
