Lunch Bunch Cards for July

This month's Lunch Bunch cards were on the glamorous and whimsical side.  The first card was a simple one to create using the sponge brayers and three colors to create an ombre effect on the background layer.  Then, we simply added some of the Delightfully Detailed DSP to the ombre layer.  The "congrats" was cut out using the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits.  I originally saw something with the ombre effect and some fancy flowers on Pinterest by Amada Korotkova but her card used a different company's stamps and inks.  I decided to change it up with the Stampin' Up! inks, sponge brayers and our gorgeous detailed DSP plus I added some irdescent sequins to the finished card.
Since we are in the heart of summer, I decided that this beach scene was perfect for one of our Lunch Bunch cards.  I love the way this beach scene looks so inviting and reminds me of my time at the beach this summer.

Stamp Clubs for July

This month's Stamp Club cards were whimsical.  I love the look of the abstract flowers in the first card we created.  It was simple to create and the ruffled embossing folder added a lot of dimension to the card without a lot of effort.  The "Thank You" was stamped with two color blues to give the wording an ombre effect.

The butterfly card we created was simple but had quite the WOW effect when paired with the Garden Impressions DSP.  All we had to do is cut out the butterfly with the Springtime Impressions Thinlits and add the gorgeous flower DSP behind it.  WOW!
My favorite card this month was this whimsical octopus card.  The bright colors and fun sea stamped images made this card not only fun to create but also a fun one to send for different reasons.
