Cards for April's Lunch Bunch Class

Our Lunch Bunch Class is on Fridays and allows us time to create 2 cards that may take a bit more time or effort to complete then our Stamp Club cards.  I love the time I get with these ladies and the cards we get to create add to our creativity.  Here are the cards we made this month.  Click here to view the card recipe for the flowers/celebrate You card.  Click here to view the card recipe for the butterfly cards.

Stamp Club Cards for April

This month our cards were more feminine with flowers or made for Mother's Day.  Here is a look at the cards we made for Mother's Day.  Click here to view the card recipe.

This card used the stamp set "Beautiful Day" and ink refills.  It was so much fun to create with the ink refills and Aquapainters for a watercolor look on the card.  Click here to view the card recipe.

For our final card, we used a circle cutout to stamp the flowers around.  It helped to cover our "Happy Birthday" wording and to give us a template for our flowers.  I loved sponging the while doily to make it blue and adding it under the flower layers.  It adds a great pop of color and draws your attention to just the right spots.  Click here to view the card recipe.
