As you look through
Stampin' Up!'s Retiring Accessories List, do not get overwhelmed. It is a bit long but there are reasons for this. To help reduce any confusion and/or your frustration over the retiring accessories list, I have posted some of the details below.

*Keep in mind that retiring accessories and Definitely Decorative items are
only available while supplies last. Some items are discounted which means that items will sell out. So please don't wait if there is something on these lists that you want. I can't guarantee how long they will last!
The Details: When you look at the retired accessories
list, you'll note that all of the Stampin' Pads are listed. This is
for two reasons: (1) Craft Stampin' Pads will now only be available in
black and white; and (2) SU! is introducing a new Firm Foam pad in the
Classic Stampin' Pads with the 2012-2013 annual catalog. The Firm Foam pads offer better ink
coverage and, in turn, better stamped images. They will be available
for order on June 1st.
In addition, please note the following
changes in the new catalog, which explain some of the products being
on the retired list:
- Only select Stampin' Write Markers will be available individually
(Stampin' Write Markers in color collections will continue to be
offered)
- 12" x 12" Textured Card Stock will no longer be offered
- 12" x 12" Smooth Card Stock will only be available in select individual colors and color collections
- Any item with an asterisk (*) next to it is being reconfigured. An
example of this could be repackaging, as in the example above of the
markers.
- Other than the retiring 2010-2012 In Colors, the Stampin' Up! colors are NOT retiring.
I am not one for big changes and I always hate when it's time to retire some stamp sets and accessories. But with this change comes the promise of new stamp sets, ribbon, 2012-2014 In Colors, accessories and more. I may not like change but I always LOVE getting my hands on a brand new Stampin' Up! Catalog! I usually spend lots of time every night for almost a week pouring over my new catalog. And it has a permanent spot during that first week...right beside my bed so whenever I get the need to check out any of the new Stampin' Up! items, I can easy take a look (no matter what time it is!). Stampin' Up!'s new 2012-2013 Catalog will come out on June 1st. If you are not on my mailing list and need to get your hands on a new catalog right away, please contact me immediately so I can put your contact information into my system before the catalogs are mailed out.
